Who knows?

Even if I doubt JLC will release a SS Reverso with an enamel dial, I still think that the more we are to want that, the more we'll have the chance to see such a project becoming truth, one day.

But I would be very happy with a white enamel / white metal Reverso... A Cold Combo, but the top of coolness.

Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Maybe something new in the compressor line? We've seen some subtle tweeks (changes to the dial of the chrono, for eg) but nothing really new. Maybe a Compressor QP?

I'd like to see an expansion of the Ultra Thin line or continued changes in the Master Control line to reduce bezel size & watch thickness. The original Master Control watches had great proportions & I'd like to see a reasonably sized (& priced) perpetual calendar again.

1 mm less big ( 40 mm, now ) with some other cosmetic changes... In SS or in RG case.

Like you, I would like to see JLC go on with their new cases...

I agree. Beyond new models & revised models, if JLC offered their line with a greater variety of dials in all metals, it would be nice. I think that the entire Master Control line should be offered with a choice of light or dark dial (as some pieces are now) & other colors like blue, brown, & grey would be welcome additions.

I want a TT Geophysic, but I would settle for Imram's SS Reveso with the enamel dial. As you can see nothing ostentatious.

Firstly a ludicrous dream of an affordable minute repeater then I would leave yours alone
But I would settle for a sporty alarm which is only linked to JLC with no third party advertisment.

Finally last years very affordable master perpetual with either a black face (Mo's black face QL is a stunner) or skeletonised.

I'm asking too much all round but you did say we could dream

I think this year's show will be very interesting all round...not just JLC.

An affordable minute repeater...

You can hunt a Reverso Minute Repeater in Rose Gold, they come out at an indecent low price.

A Black dialed perpetual, that would be something! I totally concur.

As for the sporty Alarm, try to find the MC Memovox... Funnily, I hear more and more people speaking about this watch, since it has been discontinued ( 2007 ).

Like Great Artists, do watches have to wait for their death to get some recognition?

I'd like to see an alarm watch in the standard (not Navy Seals) Compressor Diving line.

The MC Memo, the NSA, the Tribute To Polaris, and the Tribute To Deep Sea Alarm...

I doubt there is something more, in the tube, at least in a close horizon...

But who knows, except JLC?

I hope no more Duometre creations or too many declination for a year or two(just to catch breath).

In the Reverso line,well I think we ve been spoiled this year so,I do not wish for much.

What I would love to see,a beautiful Chronometer,simple in Pt and maybe....a blue enamel dial(I know I know I am obsessed with blue),great finish on the movement,with a nice understated complication(I am thinking of a zero reset second hand or something similar),something to compete or beat the Richard Lange.I am sure it can be done with Jerome Lambert influence......

I hope JLC will let me breath for one year,I like other brands too........(Secretly I am dying to see whats coming out)!

I am still running after a Duometre, now that I don't have it anymore....

Then, I have to get a TT DSA Europe, a TT R 1931 ( vut which color, I don't know... ), A Memo Black Cal 914, as well as a MC Memo ( Damn stupid, I should not have sold it! ), plus a  Master Geo Black, and to find another TT Polaris 68.

I have to think about the Reverso Platinum Nr 2 Tourbillon or Skeleton Tourbillon.

So, like you, I am not in hurry to discover other competitors to include in my wish list.

Not sure what their bread and butter watches are in this line BUT...

If I were to equate forum popularity with sales (and that is dangerously stupid, i know, but humor me), I'd say the Master Control model isn't quite as "popular" for an entry level JLC vis-a-vis a PAM0 or a Rolex Sub or DJ.

While it may not be as iconic compared to those "entry level" watches, I think there's a lot of wiggle room to grow this humble model into something really spectacular. Of course, I have no clue if this particular model contributes greatly to sales but it personally doesn't come off as a popular watch.

When it really is for people like me

I think there is a big market for it.

Let's see, how to make it nicer than it already is:

1) antimagnetic case

2) they need to do something about the dial... it is not very photogenic. compare it to the simpler MUT and i wonder why the MC cannot look as gorgeous as the MUT in terms of simplicity. Maybe too much "open" space in the dial? I don't know. I have seen one, of course. And I would probably go first for the Datejust before even going to the MC.

3) and, please, please, please... can we just go back or at least have the READY option of having a tang buckle strap??? these deployant thingies aren't working for me. the double deployant in my reverso irritates the hell out of me.

They say it's tougher to design a volume seller like a Toyota Corolla than it is a Ferrari because of market constraints.

If they can do something about the MC, make it into a Datejust like staple... wow!

Oh, yeah, I also like the Geophysic very much. A re-edition or tribute would be something to look forward to as well.

The case and the dial.

I also think it is a matter of education, about the Master Control, and about JLC watches in general, when you compare them to the holy monster Rolex.

On the Vintage ( but it already started, as more and more references become sought after )  and on the Moderns, of course.

The Master Control is a watch for connoisseur, which deserves some efforts, from JLC.

I strongly believe in that.

The Master Control needs and deserves an aestetical touch up to the recent Master line... But please keep my beloved Alpha Hands!

As for the Master Control, the improvements will come, one day or another... The revolution of the fine case has arrived, with some models like the Hometime, the Memovox, the Perpetual Calendar, and the introduction of some nice  new cases such as the MUT and Grande MUT...

They have to do the same with the Master Control!
