My wife's new Master Control
I've been lurking for a while and thought I'd post some pics of the new Master Control that I gave my wife for a recent birthday.
She loves it… It is elegant and simply beautiful and the diamonds really give it a special sparkle without shouting.
She is a very lucky lady.

Yes, it is a Master Ultra Thin…
There are three gem set versions of this watch. Her's is red gold (5N18) with two rows of diamonds.
On the JLC website, you can see a hint of the watch in the Focus section of the Ultra Thin… It is described as "A feminine interpretation"

Thanks, she was definitely very happy…
…and couldn't believe that I managed to keep it mostly secret. Earlier in the year, she knew that I was looking at watches for her (but unsure if I'd ever pull the trigger). We tried on some lady's pieces from Cartier, Piaget, and Vacheron Constantin but nothing quite hit the right heart strings. I knew that the JLC Master Ultra Thin with its vintage looking dial and diamond surround would be perfect. It was!
She loves that the dial is so easy to read and the diameter of the watch suits her. She also has an appreciation for quality, mechanical timepieces (from listening to me go on and on) so this one has hit every perfect note.
