Hi All, I just received the JLC Atmos back from the factory in Switzerland and i wanted to share the happiness with all the Atmos lovers. It was purchased in the 70's by my father and by the time it came to my house it was absolutely rusted and broken in non-working condition. In March 2010 i took to the JLC boutique for service who in turn sent it to the manufacturer and trust after 9 months it came back as a new piece. Well done JLC!! Next week iam getting my Atmos 566 Marc Newson...will post images of that as well. Thanks, ovais

... although i do not have Atmos for the moment, i think i will get one one day because i find it very fascinating!

your after-serviced clock looks new, do yo have the pic of before-serviced one, so that we can compare and see how amazing job MJLC has done for you.

please also post us pics when your Marc Newson arrives.

An old, a new one, that is my kind of game.

I love a lot these opposite styles: One Vintage looking ( and it is not only vintage looking, it is! ) and a modern expression of a timeless clock.

It will surely make a great Duo!

and going by your description of it being 'rusty' and not working they really have done an exceptional job...dare I ask how it got in such a state in the first place..?

I have the transparent version and they are truly amazing and something which is used every day, unlike a watch (unless you only have one watch..!!) and it is so beautiful to watch the pendulum spin sooo slowly.
