First of all, the Ref is not good, as the Ref E 339 is not related to a Géomatic.
The correct Refs are E 398, 399 and 560 ( this last one being the Géomatic with the Tonneau case ).
Then, from what I see on your pics, the case looks correct, but I have a doubt on the shape of the lugs,on yours, which seem less straight, more curved than on another.
A trick of the picture?
About the case back, now:
Here is a picture of a correct one, with the medallion bearing the IGY Logo:
The Cal is the K 881 G or the K 883 S. Do you have the movement number?
The dial looks good, but I need better pics. Do you still have the tritium pearls at bthe base of each applied indexes?
Here's mine:
Better pics would help, indeed.
Best,
Nicolas

If we refer to the movement number which is over 2 xxx xxx.
The Geomatic was produced in '62 and discontinued in '70.
Maybe that explains why you don't have the engraved logo on your wase back?
Only a few hundred were made with the Cal 883.

Brian's dial says "T Swiss Made T" whereas yours is "only" "Swiss Made T".
I actually thought that Brian's marking meant that there is tritium on both hands and dial and yours meant tritium on dial only, but it seems that both Geomatics here have tritium on both dial and hands. However, I have a feeling that these dial markings are not very consistent and maybe this dial difference can be explained by difference in production year just as it is suggested for the difference in case back?

Swiss Made T and the most current T Swiss Made T.
Both are correct, nonetheless.
On this model an reference, the hands and indexes are luminous, and tritium was used, as Radium was not allowed anymore in 1960.
