About the dial:
1/ Jaeger Lecoultre is written without hyphen.
2/ HPG was, AFAIK, fro the US Market, and stands for High Precision Guaranteed.
Normally, HPG and Jaeger- Lecoultre don't work together, you should rather have " Lecoultre " than JLC.
3/ The Triangle of the Alarm doesn't have the good shape.
4/ The Hands seem to come from an earlier Memo E 855.
As for the Date, I'd say in the 70ies, as this Memo was made at this era.
It houses a Cal 916.
So, I would be curious to see a profile of your watch, the case back and movement.
