Aside from the watch , Instruction book and certificate of origin, can you tell me what else should it come with?. How is the warranty validated?
Thanks in advance.James.
...the items you listed are what is included in addition to the watch. There should be an inner and outer box. The warranty is stamped/signed and dated by the AD on the date of the purchase. Is that what you are looking for?
Nice photo. Is that your watch? How do you like it?

Mine is locked away right now, bbut I am pretty sure it is a simple bi-fold card that would be stamped r signed by the AD with the date of purchase and probably the watch serial number on it. In any case, it is what needs to be presented with the watch when you send it in for repair under warranty. If you cannot get it from the seller, perhaps you can follow up with JLC to get a replacement, although I have never done that so I am not sure whether they will do that or not.
Hope that helps.
In the meantime, enjoy your watch. It is an awesome JLC. Yes, it is on the cusp of being a weekend AND weekday watch, but I think you are right it is pretty sporty and one might not feel comfortable wearing it for business. One of the things about the AMVOX2 DBS is that it is quite unusual and I think that may make it difficult at first to figure out where and when to wear the watch. But you will sort that out in due time.
I notice you have it on a different strap that the one that is typically issued with the DBS. Do you have more photos to share?
Cheers,

The strap is a cheap one i got years ago for a panerai but its lasted well and I love it. But I must admit I do like the original strap and have recently swithced back to it.
I don't think that people who have not really looked at the AMVOX2 DBS really appreciate trhe work on teh case that JLC does. The contrasting brushed and polished metal on the curved lugs, for instance, is outstanding, not to mention the fact that the central portion of the cae has to pivot to accommodate the unique functioning of the chronograph. And, I love the crown, shoped as it is to reflect the gas caps on teh Aston martin. JLC even included a small cut out on the bottom of the crown to accommodate easy access to the screw on which the case pivots. Forgetting the movement, the unusual nature of the chronograph on this watch and the multilayered dial -- the case alone on the AMVOX2, and particulalry the DBS, is a work of art and exectuted at a very high level of finishing.
Well, enjoy your new A2. Hope you get the warranty card sorted out either with the seller or with JLC directly.
