Black dialed watches from JLC always seem to be very popular on this and other JLC forum. My question is, why don't JLC make more of these - specifically in the Reverso and Master Control ranges! Come-on Nicolas - exert some of your legendary pressure on "The House"!!!!

...I am sure you saw the post below on "My 2 Black Masters."  JLC seems to go heavy on black dials for the sports watches and light on teh non-sport. Hope you get your wish.

So, we have the MGUT, the Amvox I, II, the Polaris, some Master Hometime ( if I' m not wrong ), the Master Compressors, and some others.

Maybe because Black has often been chosen for some exceptional pieces,at JLC...

Exactly - boutique editions, limited editions - put some in the standard line (other than the sport watches that Nicolas mentioned above). The simple Master Control with the black dial was a stunning piece - boutique edition I think it was and the black tourbillon shown in a previous post was quite beautiful.

Look at what JLC did in the Past...

The Black Memovox E 855 was much rarer than the Silver dialed.

And in the sport watches, some blac dials came, lie on the Polaris, Deep Sea alarm, or Master Mariner Deep Sea, or the Diving Chrono.

Looks like it is a Tradition, at JLC, to mae shorter batches of black watches.
