Had anyone been experienced problem on the chronograph function within the Master Compressor Extreme World Chronograph?

I had my brand new Master Compressor Extreme World Chronograph from an official dealer in Hong Kong for less than 6 months and the problem on chronograph feature showed up.  So far I had been left my Master Compressor Extreme World Chronograph for the Hong Kong official repair center for more than 4 months and no further reply on when can I get it back.  The only reply I got was that the watch should repair in Hong Kong instead of sending back to European for fixing.

For such type of repair, had anyone know usually took how long?

I really miss my new watch which had been stay with me for less than half of the time since I brought it.

Have had mine for about 4 months without any problems.Keeps very acurate time and chrono works very smoothly. What's wrong with the chrono function in yours?Pls. elaborate. Seems like a long time getting it repaired in HK. Have never experienced servicing at JLC HK before so cannot advise.Hope you get it back soon.

curious as to what was the problem on yours. do let us know.

The problem is:

When I start timing by the chronograph feature for more than 1min, the minuate arm on the small dial will not move at all.  So my EWC can only time for 1 minute.  This just hurt my passion on the JLC.  This is my first JLC.  And I had multi units of AP, Rolex, Panerai and even Mont Blanc with chronograph feature.  But not even a single one had given me such experience.
