According to 'The Book' it's from 1928....
a grande complication pocket watch, minute repeater, perpetual calendar,chronograph, split seconds hand,day, date, month, moon phase, leap year cycle, small seconds dial alternately graduated with the age of the moon. LeCoultre calibre 17 JSMCCRVQ. 18-carat yellow gold, blue enamelling, openworked dial.
I don't know anymore other than what is in the book so anymore info would be great.
Stunning piece, they don't make them like that anymore....in fact why not..??
