Jaeger-LeCoultre

I need some help here ( pointing my finger at you Nico! ) with identifying some history & information about this LeCoultre diver. The resident manager at our Maui condo received this watch ( and 2 others ) after his grandfather passed.  This watch is running and In reasonable condition, although I noticed the upper crown could be screwed off the post, I did this by accident. He really likes the watches but doesn’t wear it often, it looks very original to me…but I’m no expert. I think it’s quite nice and would like to know more about it, like what are the numbers at 5:00pm? They look like 911 font from the 70’s, is this watch tied to Porsche somehow or am I misreading those numerals. I told him , that I would share this with the group and one of the many experts would be able to shed light on the mystery.
