New JLC Master Control watches...
This may be a question for Nico but does anyone know why some Master Control models are labelled as "new?" They all look the same to me except now they are showing two straps that come with the watches.
No damn idea. The 70 hours power reserve has been introduced in 2022, so this is not the reason. The price increase, maybe? :)))
Wow, that black strap looks much better on these models. Much! I would say, this is almost a novelity now.
The description is pretty sloppy. I guess nobody check it.
It says the lug width 17 mm and the buckle width 18 mm

The lug-width is stated incorrectly. Someone should'vd caught that.
But what's "new" is JLC going back to offering a black alligator, which I prefer on the Master Control models. Instead of raising prices, they added value.

No change except for additional black alligator leather strap
There was a price increase on most of the Master Control models (at least here in the US) but JLC is now including a black alligator leather strap with the calfskin leather strap. Would have been a great addition but for the fact that the price increase is double the cost of the added strap.
