I am currently waiting a service assessment from JLC for my Extreme Lab 2. So far it has been 81 days without any communication from the service centre to the Boutique.

This is completely unacceptable IMO. Then again I serviced my JLC Amvox III Tourbillon and it came back within 3 months.
