That’s the one take away I have from just following along here. I’ve not owned a JLC in 12-15 years.
Took them 3 tries to get my watch to not be 1min fast a day and added a bunch of scratches to a new watch
This is a real concern

The one service I had through them....
for my long departed AMVOXII was actually fairly priced and relatively quick. I guess I was fortunate not to experience anything unfavorable with their service. Cheers, Filip

But then again mine was serviced at their Texas center here in the states and it was totally fine....
I have had mixed results
over the years. For this reason I could never pull the trigger on the Duometre which I consider to be an amazing machine. God forbid if something went wrong.

best: Master Minute Repeater full service, relatively quick and well done

Too many tiny screws to take care of but that is only for layman, for the trained, that is a real shame.😡
I am currently waiting a service assessment from JLC for my Extreme Lab 2. So far it has been 81 days without any communication from the service centre to the Boutique.
This is completely unacceptable IMO. Then again I serviced my JLC Amvox III Tourbillon and it came back within 3 months.
