Ihad hidden my opinion btw the photos. Edited the post amd moved the text up. My impression:…

… The face is beautiful and in line with the new generation of Reversos. The reverse side is very nice and well finished, but not that legible. Cool that it now shows the time versus the original 1996 version. But it is really not very legible. The lighting in the boutique was terrible as you can see on my photos - that may have reduced the overall legibility a bit.
The watch is quite big, making my Grande GMT look small. The tribute is clearly too tall for my wrist.

Yes, I totally get your point. A bit big, and honestly, I much prefer the proportions and the concept of your original from 1996.

I adore your 1990s Chronograph! Those 1990s pieces were the best pieces JLC has ever made for the Reverso!

I totally agree. I have had such a hard time getting it off my wrist again. It is so perfect.

No matter how cool it might be, the proportions are just off

The thickness and size do not fit the reverso in the slightest. The 1990s original is way better.

That is actually exactly what’s wrong. The execution, the features, etc. are nice - but the proportions. 🎯🎯🎯🎯
