Out of all vintage JLC, it is maybe the only one that I would like to see in the flesh and own!
It is the only model that does not have any equivalent today, so unique. It is hard to know why it was not so successful then, but I clearly see the appeal today!

I have wished for quite awhile now...
that JLC would release a Master Control with no crown - just 1 corrector for hours and 1 for minutes. This way it would be a "lefty" or a "righty."
Yours would look awesome on a honey-colored alligator! (my taste)

Thinking of it, I think the 'futuristic' futurematic logo only ever appeared on the porthole
I don't remember ever seeing the arrow-stylized-f futurematic on any dial other than the porthole (and I have seen quite a few ! )
On the E 501, I only saw Automatic on the dial, at the place of E 502 Futurematic... [nt]
