Hi guys. I wonder if anyone can tell me if this dial looks like it has been refinished? It looks good to my eyes, but I am not an expert.

I would be very prudent in my statement...
The font looks a bit fatter than on some all correct dials.
Not 100% sure.
To know the date in an accurate way, please give me your case and movement number.

Here is a scan from the 1960 catalog.
Compare with mine E 284 which has the same dial from the same year.
