Just got my first Richard Mille ...
... a few days ago, thanks to another PuristsPro member.
The RM010 in WG is just incredible! I can't really tell whether it is due to the way the case catches the light or the movement itself (probably a combination of both) that makes this watch so unique.
The only drawback is that looking at the watch is so addictive that I have trouble telling the time ;-) Let me explain here: when I want to check what time it is, I look at my wrist and then it happens! a BIG SMILE shows up on my face while I stare at the watch for a moment and go back to what I am doing. It is only tens of seconds later that I remember: "By the way, what time is it?".

...I love it when you hear such enthusiasm,makes me realise that its not just me thats nuts, makes me realise other people enjoy my passion too. I am sure Richard himself would be delighted to know what a huge effect his designs have on us, I am exactly like you, RM watches are just absolutley addictive.
Enjoy your wonderful timepiece and stare at it as much as you like, thats what its there for!
PS take some high res pics ( usually about 5,362 from every angle possible does the trick 
with your camera and blow them up on your PC, and enjoy inspecting every tiny detail of the racing machine on your wrist.

I completely understand your dilemma. I too have that smile on my face when I look at my RM010, and rarely know what time it is after doing so
