Robert Bray, owner of the Sinclair Harding brand name, is AHCI member and an English maker of clocks.
An interresting assortment of clock types and escapements with over 80% of the pieces made in house.
They even make the fusee chains themselves, quite an accomplishment.
Here a table clock with a sherical bob and a 6-legged Denison Escapement (Big Ben uses a 3-legged Denison Escapement)
The Denison Escapement with its blued steel graviy arms.

And really really nice to see clocks on purists, so often forgotten and seldom given their due for the overwhelming interest watches enjoy.
Eminent independent clockmaker David Walter is also an active member of these forums, and I remember first seeing his work right here over 10 yrs ago. That sparked a whole new interest in me since when I've always marveled at his work, which I'd no idea was done anymore.
The Purists is by far the best watch forum I've come across, and it would be really lovely to see clocks gain more attention and their due as well. Would so love to see more clocks here.

A well running precision watch is for example running inside the COSC limits (ISO 3159) of -4 to +6 seconds a day.
A well running precision clock is running with less error than that a month.

That's a great point you make about the precision of a nice clock!
I started out on my horology journey besotted by watches from the 1940-60's golden era, but slowly as I came across good clocks, I found there's just as much pleasure to be had from a clock. What I like best, is if you have 5 good watches, you can only enjoy them one at a time, while the rest sit in a drawer or safe deposit locker. On the other hand if you have 5 good clocks, you can set them out around the house, and there's a lot more 'viewing' pleasure to be had without having to go visit the drawer all the time. Also, the fact there's a far higher hand-made and traditional work content in the clocks, as compared to watches which in general end up being more factory produced.
