BaselWorld 2013 - Linde Werdelin Linde Werdelin has branched out to new case materials this year. The Spidolite II is available in titanium, gold, ALW and starting this summer also in forged carbon. ALW is a black aluminum alloy which is very light in weight. The forged carbon case of the Spidolite II is quite attractive and in combination with the ALW inner case makes the watch a real feather-weight. The besel can be had in several shades of PVD coated titanium, gold or the black ALW.
The ALW material is also being used to good advantage in the Oktopus
cases. The Oktopus being a "chunkier" watch the very lightweight
material makes a noticable difference.
One of the features of the
Linde Werdelin watches is the clip-on sports accessories. There are
ski/treking and diving clip-on modules that attach easily, but quite
firmly to the watches.
Let us take a look at the functions of the "Rock" ski/treking clip-on module.
