Devon Tread 1 – Black DLC with orange highlights
You know the Devon Tread 1 very well by now. Designed in California by Scott Devon it uses a series of 2 micron interwoven belts (inspired by those used on a motorcycle) which are driven by microstepping motors. The power source is a lithium battery that is recharged using wireless induction.
This is the Model F which is housed in a black DLC stainless steel case with a black anodized movement and orange numerals, perhaps making it look a little less industrial. I liked it, even if it doesn’t quite fit my personality.
