Horological Meandering

I was checking out MTF's photos from his Basel 2010 visit and noticed a photo of this piece:

And I am looking forward to seeing it in the metal.

I think it's inspired in the Metasonic design by late GG, but without the rosonance timbals on the sides of the case.

I knew there would be trouble just after I hit the post button.

It has no fancy model name at the moment.....just 'Bulgari sapphire tourbillon".  Let's leave it at that.......

It's possibly the first Bulgari (not accounting for the DR and GG pieces) that has piqued my interest, looking forward to seeing and hearing more on this.

It is really a cool watch! ;-)
