I really LOVE the watch in the background. It is the one I am wearing right now, as a matter of fact.  No trace of carbon fiber on it.

It kind of reminds me of mixing stripes..... with a checkered ...... with a print.......with a herringbone pattern. Not a good idea when dressing, not a great loook on watch. Maybe it is nicer in person?

It looks like they've stuffed one sheet of prepreg into the face of the case mould, so the weave is distorted into those patterns.

This really shows why pre-woven CFRP doesn't really work on small intricate forms such as cases. It's also probably why AP etc chose the random chopped strands method.

Hiii,...guys I agree with u guys AP did it much better than B&R. Don't like the case and I'm sure it feels like plastic or toy. I won't buy it.
