A friend of mine has an 195. He's the original owner and bought the watch in 2002 (or 2003) I'm not sure when the made those 200 watches.
Anyway, he would like to trade it for an Audemars Piguet Offshore.
Would this be possible, it has to be trade without extra cash AND the ROO needs to be NIB
The 195 is in good condition (worn, NOT new) and comes with all boxes and papers.
Couple years ago, you could have easily traded it for a NIB Offshore but not sure about today.

LOT 333
A VERY FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE LIMITED EDITION STAINLESS STEEL PVD COATED WRISTWATCH, PANERAI, 'THE PRESIDENT', PAM 00195, CIRCA 2003
Lot Sold. Hammer Price with Buyer's Premium: 228,000 HKD
CATALOGUE NOTE
PAM 00195 is a limited edition watch of 200 pieces, named 'The President' because Panerai's CEO authorized the watch to be engraved with the buyer's signature. However, there is no buyer's n ame engraved on the case back of this current lot, which makes the watch much rarer and possibly unique.
You don't have any other 195's inscribed with "The President" :P
Plus, 3 years have almost gone by, and PVD Panerai's are no longer rare and no longer the crazy frenzy they used to be in several years ago.
