Hi fellow Purists,
It has been more than six months since the first ABR Purist Edition watches were delivered. Many owners’ watches have been posted in various locations since then, but I thought it was about time we had a pictorial thread that brought all these together. So please post your favourite shots of the ‘club watch’.
Andrew (PPro ABR #78)

with a non standard mesh bracelet on it i suppose this is as highly modified as things will get.

It just hit me that my work desk have been surrounded by a certain color combination.
Now , I am no longer surprise why my PP ABR is fitted with a red strap

My PPro ABR has been used and abused but held up without any problems. The PVD is still looking new.

I just wore it during a business trip in Indonesia 2 days ago and it attracted a lot of attention due to its "four hands" appearance.

Started life together...
But while #61 (like its great namesake Bordeaux vintage) has been 'laid down', #58 has been getting around and having a whole lot of fun -
These were a great idea and a lot of fun. Thanks again to the design team. Can't wait for this year's 'PPro Novelty" !
Cheers,
pplater.
Keeps on ticking despite all the abuse I give it!

Nice to see the PPro ABR in its natural environment! Cool action shot with the running water!

BLOOD! A gross (but fun) post! Somehow Andrew I bet you knew I'd love a post like that. I particularly like the shot with the scalpels post surgery. I am currently playing a game on the Wii called Trauma Center (or something similar) that lets me use the controls as if they were surgical tools. It's actually pretty stressful when you're playing and your patient starts to code. Ugh. I would never have made a good surgeon in real life.

I'm in the operating theater on Thursday!

I love all photos of watches being used for their intended purpose and the ABR is particularly unusual in that regard.
Don’t forget to ask permission from the patient!

Ps. although quartz, these washable silicone rubber fob watches are popular amongst our nurses.

you get use to the sight of blood very easily...its the smell of surgery that gets most people.
Then there is trauma surgery which is a whole world unto itself.
Women make better surgeons...there is a scientific paper on this

A nice shot of your own handiwork alongside the PPro ABR!
Hope all is well!
