Dual Time Zone with lever
I recently heard of a dual time zone watch with a pusher for adjusting the 2nd time zone hour. The watch has a lever that allows you to select weather the hour adjustment is clockwise or counterclockwise so that you dont have to push 23 times if you travel one time zone east to west. Does anyone know the watch?

Bvlgari Diagono Calibro 303 GMT
This piece comes with 3 pushers, 2 and 4 o'clock pushers are for the 2nd time zone adjustments. Picture posted by Bernard Cheong. Pretty neat timepiece in my opinion.

UN, Bulgari and others like Glashutte Venue use multiple pushers. One for clockwise and another for counterclockwise. The watch in question has a single pusher with a direction lever that determines in which direction the hand will move.
Have you looked at VOGARD?
I do not know if it corresponds "exactly" to your description but you may want to have a look since its mechanism is relatively interesting.

That is NOT GMT watch
Vogard has the movement that allows rapid change of time to another time zone, but not show time in Your and another time zone as should do the watch called GMT or Dual Time
