The 292 is a regular production model and I am sure that anybody who wants one will eventually get it. The fact I got mine amongst the first means nothing, I would be equally happy to receive it in June.
It's not like we don't have enough daily choices anyway, right?
BTW, It was a pleasure to 'meet' you the other day

thanks to Nicholas i saw how nice Stingray was, but due to funds could only afford a cheap one. hope it looks good though. pic is pretty rubbish as its hard to get the black/white reflection of the sanded grain.

not everything was rosy in the garden. typically Omega has 21mm lugs, but i had to buy 22mm strap. not a problem on the lug side, but couldnt use the OEM deployment clasp which is a shame.
i think the stingray adds a bit of character and is fabulously comfortable. original strap was alligator in dark brown when dial is black with off white luminova. looked far better than it sounds, but after 4 years it lost all its shine. trying to find even an aftermarket 21mm strap makes price about 4x 22mm same as 19mm and anything unusual.
friday wristshot is usually started by someone on US west coast so on GMT time i miss it. perhaps i should start it myself one week.
