Difficult to tell at this resolution…
But the logo looks like one that Poljot has been using. As mentioned above, in recent years he has publicly mostly been seen with a series of Blancpains but from what I heard he is very much a PP guy, owning several very limited pieces and possibly some custom made ones especially for him 🤷🏻♂️
Judging from the (vague) logo I am quite sure it is a Poljot. Most probably a Poljot Military Aviator.

Императорская Петергофская Фабрика - Imperial Peterhof Manufacture, if we want to be fancy about. Not an especially impressive movement by the numbers, and somewhat déclassé with its selectable ring, not quite chapter ring. The brown agate is not bad with the yellow gold, but... it all reminds me of fondness for superficiality that comes with the distinct snobbery associated with Russian nouveau riches.
I have no idea what brand of watch that is. But what in the world is going on with his hand?

It's an IPF (Imperial Peterhof Factory), a sister brand to Raketa that specializes in stone dials and uses fancier versions of Raketa's movements.
