The DB
Although, if it was me, I would be looking at the Invention Piece 1 by Greubel 
I believe that the cap is 90k USD, so he can re-invest the larger part of the returns.

I’d go with the Dato here.
For the CB you need to pay more than the MSRP but who knows what will happen in 10 years. It’s already in too high a price and people might find a new darling and forget about this one, financially speaking doesn’t make sense to me, and as a watch Dato is better.

Personally it would be a tie between the Dato and the FPJ. If I really bought that stock at $5, I would simply get both the DATO and the FPJ
I have one and siblings of the other two.
If I had to choose only one I’d go for the Datograph. These days everyone want to talk about icons - but the term should really be reserved for those pieces that deserve it - and the 1st generation Datograph certainly does.

I’ve owned the Dato and ultimately I found I didn’t like its height. And DeBethunes are just too big for my liking. Size does matter. In different ways 😎
I hear you on the dato. I found that to be the issue with the gen 2.
As for the DB’s, the other lines wear broad, so I agree. But these DB25’s actually wear small (especially with the short lugs)
Cant go wrong with any of them. All gorgeous watches.

I like the dato but from this lineup the ALS is my least favorite tbh .
Like you said its a bigger and bulkier watch on the wrist . On the other hand That movement is incredible
