Horological Meandering

I like every bit of it, especially the gold plated hands on the black dial version. 

"Every bit" - except, perhaps - the perimeter crown. It is very flimsy. The risk of losing it is one (can be eaily and at low cost be replaced), but the handling of changing time, date and/or winding is a challenge. 

BUT: it has an automatic movement, hence, once time and date set, there should be no need to operate the crown.

I have been wearing mine for 4-5 days, every now and then I check to ensure the crown is not loose…Using the crown to wind the watch is not smooth as I can’t turn it a full circle without it slipping off. Though it is an automatic, I have the habit of winding an auto watch every morning, don’t think it is necessary but it is a habit.  Otherwise, I am pretty satisfied with the whole package.

Goes into the same topic as the Yema Superman Dive watches - the fixation of the bezel is the trademark here. Well, whatever the trademark there is, it looks (still) cheepo because it was cheepo at that time! 

Here the Parmentier crown does certainly the trick! It‘ll be dry inside. However it looks like a conciderable step back - because of heritage - due to the fact, that a screwd crown does the job in every aspect just better.
