Vintage Breitling AVI Ref 765.
With digital chrono counter at 3 o' clock.
The curious thing is that the dial is not signed, nor the case back.
The hands seem correct, as well as the crown and the mopvement ( Venus 178 )
The specificity of this reference is that it existed with a normal chronograph minutes counter or, like here, with a digital minute ( 15 minutes ) counter.
