Horological Meandering

Very lucky to have previewed and obtained this Perpetuel collaboration with Baltic (1 of 300). I had been looking for an eastern Arabic numeral watch. Baltic really does nail it with the design. It wears beautifully. For my wrist, 36mm is really the most I'll consider for a time only piece. This has more wrist presence than most. The feel of the movement is not as impressive. But what a value and amazing design regardless if cost. Maybe the bigger boys will take some lessons.

I was able to buy one after an hour of frustration on Perpetuel's website and the dial is absolutely gorgeous.  However, like you said, the movement is not on the level of the rest of the watch.  That said, at sub $1K, I'd buy it again for the eastern arabic dial alone.  Enjoy it!
