Greubel Forsey Double Tourbillon 30° Technique, my sons new favorite watch.
By: small-luxury-world : February 27th, 2014-10:15
He asked me to send him
all
the pictures I have from this watch. So far he was more keen on diver watches.
Am I infecting? ... Now it gets seriously dangerous ... At least he has good taste

The Double Tourbillon 30 Historique & Technique are my fav. from the brand.
I guess you could admire the amazing finish.
Thanks for the pics Oliver,
Cheers, Mark

is a must and for sure with a serious loupe.
So far I am safe, because the watch is far too big for him
Cheers,
Oliver

Ouch, The bar being set that high early is dangerous...
By: doubleup : February 27th, 2014-11:07
Not much higher you can go from there. At least he has great taste! He will like it even more when he appreciates the finishing fully. If one can ever,

Yes, it is and you haven´t even seen his taste in cars ... boats ... food ...
Will he be able to appreciate the beauty of details? I have no doubts about this, but the financing part will be really tricky ...
Cheers,
Oliver

Well, on one hand...
By: alphabeta81 : February 27th, 2014-11:58
Maybe this will inspire him to become a great watchmaker and if he succeeds, you will get future great watches complimentary.
on the other hand, you may have 6 figure cost gift expectations at major life events ahead!
Either way, he has good taste!

That would be very nice and at least his only option, at least at the moment.
