Enjoyed every bit of your post this morning. I am curious to hear your comparative impression of the Richard lange observatoire and the accuracy of the simplicity.
Over the first 25 days of Richard lange if you own one I would like to know if you could share that the accuracy of the watch. Thanks in advance

The Observatoire that I own is the Kari Voutilainen watch of that name. I do own (and love) Lange watches, but have never owned the Richard Lange.
In case you are still interested, over the first 30 days I owned the Voutilainen, it gained a total of 9 seconds -- so both quite comparable to the Simplicity and outstanding accuracy!
