This TEMPUS I managed to meet with John McGonigle and enjoy both the watch and having conversations with the masterwatchmaker. His brother Stephan was supposed to be here for Tempus as well but alas this was not to be.

Just to tease you with what is to come, here are two images I processed tonight of the images I had of his watch. John was very sporting to model his watch for me.

Hope to have the series ready by end of next week so please be patient. But I am sure this image will suffice till then.

Did you notice that years of using a watchmaker's loupe has developed John McGonigle's obicularis orbis (eye) muscles more on one side? It gives him an intense "thoughtful" expression........
