A Tourbillon, with 6 Vertical Barrels, 8 Day Power Reserve, has a Crank Lever on the right side of the case which charges up the power reserve and the 6 barrels move left. Has a tapered case, love the handmade quality, hopefully we get to see better pics and more details in the future.

I often feel that there is a very high premium placed on finishing which is fair but i also enjoy the sort of handmade, bare finishing of watches like these and others ....like dont get me wrong, i appreciate fine finishing as much as the next watch nerd but there is something human and pleasent about something that made perfectly !
