I agree on the pallet fork that is not matching the level of efforts they did put on other parts. Could still be black polished and nicely finished but an anglage would have been welcome to match the rest of the movement.
Regarding the balance cock, my understanding is that they were "stuck" with the transversal adjustment screw parts. But it seems they thought about the anglage anyway considering the shape of the spring. One can see that the anglage is matching the border of the spring on all sides and it could have been the same on the side that has no anglage. I hope I made myself clear enough. So it looks like when they shaped the spring, they did consider the anglage to go all around. But considering the adjustment screw, the way it is shaped, the anglage would not have look nice. They may still have extended the anglage a little bit just before to meet the adjustment steel part. This hypothesis is a 30 mins job so I guess they did consider it and dropped on purpose. But then, the end part of the spring should have match the balance bridge.
