Applied numerals make a difference.
I had a chance to compare these two basic Baltic pieces and was impressed by how the dial with the applied numerals made more of an impression on me despite the overall smaller size of the watch. Now I understand why many forum members highlight the significance of applied numerals in other pieces in the past. Seeing is believing.🙂
Very nice, indeed a good point and a noticeable difference also from the picture! Here’s probably one of the best shots I took of my 5124G, where again this apparently simple detail yields a clear improvement👍🥂 Cheers.

The small size is evident, but I have a growing appreciation for the small, elegant watches of yesteryear.
