I love the moon. Always have. My dream is to go there. Alas, not in my lifetime. So I try to get close. The Louis MOINET Moon watch

has a dial that shows in relief the three most prominent moon craters. Further it has an actual piece of lunar meteorite embedded into a window on the right side of the dial. The combination of this rose gold case (which I love) and the blued indexes and hands . . . well . . . I must say I am “over the moon” for this watch. Hope all of your are well!
Gorgeous and legible at the same time. Love LM’s chronographs too.

A dumb question: how is lunar meteorite harvested? Was it collected during the prior lunar missions? Couldn’t have been too many of such missions. Sorry. Just a nerdy question
Lunar meteorite is pieces of the moon that have fallen to earth. Their origin can be confirmed by comparing their composition to rocks collected on the moon.
Thank you. I do own a few Louis MOINET watches and they have been of very high quality. They look well made to me and seem very reliable. They are off the “beaten path” and appeal to me for that reason.
Everything is great with me! I am in the PNW USA and am really liking it! found a lot of cool stuff here for my apartment! hbu?
