Needless to say that I fully share your point of view: the H1 is a very attractive option, and the little adjustments you mention would/will bring this Chronometer close to perfection in this category.
I'm sure we'll hear of this watch and brand more and more, it deserves it...

To me, this watch in real life is even more convincing. If you want details changed, this is one of the benefits of a small make, that you can just talk to them...
