Mr. Romain Gauthier was here last night and with him was the client who ordered a "piece unique" of Logical One. Really special, indeed. Let's see the pics:
First, Mr. Gauthier's presentation.
Ah, the super special STAINLESS STEEL case Logical One - there are many other "SPECIAL" designs which the owner himself draw on CAD.
Notice the Roman index on the dial? This one is just like the old pocket watches.
.. and Dauphine hands, slightly hand-bent on the tip. The hands points exactly the dots on the dial.

Funny story he said last:
KIH - "So, may I say on PPro that this is the ONLY SS case you will ever make?"
RG - "NO! There are TWO"
KIH/ Owner - "What?"
RG - "Hahaha. Of course. One is this. And another one is kept as reserve or spare if or when something happens to his watch, like he dropped and the lug was completely gone. So, we keep one SS case just for him"
KIH/ Owner - "Ah! Nice. Good job, Romain!"

It's a really nice piece.
I think I read somewhere that Gauthier's chain is the most substantial of all those who use them in wristwatches. Certainly beautiful.

Thanks very much for the report, Ken. Also big congrats to the owner of this truly unique piece, and for having such fine taste. Mr Gauthier's pieces are indeed some of the best finished watches I've had the good fortune of seeing in metal. Logical one is fantastic, but I also like the older HM. SImpler, but never dull.
