So I propose you a few pics of Opus X!
Opus X was designed in partnership with Chronode (Jean-François Mojon) and uses a "satellitar" time display. The full platform which support the time display modules does a full rotation every 24 hours. The peripheral hand is used to display the second time zone:
The handwind movement really symbolizes Mojon's style. We can recognize it with the shape of the plates and bridges.
You will notice the power reserve display whose mechanism is visible:

The case is very large (46mm) but it can be explained by the need to have a space large enough to contain the rotating time displays.
The Harry Winston logo is used as a base of the second time zone hand:

Opus X was not the only collaboration between Mojon and Harry Winston since Chronode was also involved in the development of the Z6, the alarm watch.
