Vacheron Constantin

I will have to get some better pictures when I get the watch...but meanwhile, here is a Vacheron watch that I just purchased from a nice gentleman in Maine...what do you think?

I love black dialed watches, and I've been keeping my eye out for a black dialed vintage Vacheron much like that. Beautiful!

That looks to be from the 1950's?

You rarely see the black-faced tank-style (if that is the correct term) watch.   BTW, love that photo of Orson Welles.  Brings back memories of watching NFL football games in the 70's.  I may steal that as my Avatar if you're not careful.
