Boy that is just a magnificent watch. I love the case and hands, very unique. And the dial with the romans, wonderful. Great watch!

and I know that MikiJ and Dino love this watch too.

I find that as time goes by I appreciate the "Historiques" line of watches more and more. I was lukewarm to a lot of them when they were readily available.

I really cracked up laughing when I read your post.  But hey, think of me as like one of those guys in a Patek Ad.  I don't really own a Carree, I'm merely taking care of it for you, Miki : )   Beside I don't have a Superbowl ring with my name on it...thats a very rare very cool ring!   : )

The Carree is one of my favorite Vacherons.  Everytime I wear it I notice different nuances about the lugs or the dial.  Its a very simple watch but in my opinion a real beauty.  I just took some new pix of mine last week and hope to have them ready to post here soon.
