When u click on the email reply button to a thread, your email client pops up and prefills in the message title which looks like this where the XXXXXX is a number:

{XXXXXXX}AutoForum response  

Make sure you DO NOT delete the {XXXXXXX} because that tells the software platform which post you’re replying to.   Each post has a # associated to it, and if you erase the {XXXXXXX}, your email reply will then automatically be routed over to the GWD.

If you want to put in a title that says “Wow I like your watch Alex” , then in the message title field in your email, it should look like:

{XXXXXXX}Wow I like your watch Alex

Whoever else is having picture problems through email, make sure u insert the pictures by way of attachments.  Do NOT insert the picture into the message body.  It won't show up if u do it that way.

As requested, here's a sample post on what our community users are doing and the reason why they can't get pictures to display properly in their posts.

This post is not going to display the picture even though it has the picture icon next to my post.

What I'm doing wrong now is inserting a picture into the message body just like this:

(picture is supposed to be shown here)

In using Microsoft Outlook, I clicked on "Insert" then "Picture" then "From File" and selected my picture. This is a correct way to insert a picture in the message body, but the software platform doesn't like it cause I didn't insert the picture as a separate attachment..

To insert pictures by way of Attachments using Outlook, I would need to click on "Insert" then "File" and select my picture.

Hope you guys can fix this!
