Is it the dual or more generally the model line that you like so much?

The Overseas line is in my top 3 lines from any watchmaker! Love both the philosophy of the watches and obviously, the design . The blue in this instance simply serves as a great metaphor for the ocean itself . Cheers, Filip

On the resale value the blue will always be better(if that maters), since is a crowd favorite(totally justified), but the black is more serious and refined I feel. Also i think the black ages better with a couple of scratches on it
But in the end your heart will tell you what to choose...

This blue dial does have a promenant presence. So true that times have changed regarding availability of a few references from some brands.

Not that I had a choice at the time but I do like the red bits.

For the chronograph, the reverse panda black and white and white dial.

… not that you asked! If the blue dial had some splash of color, that would get my vote. The red in the silver and black dials draw me in.

and ends up with a much different vibe than the other two. I like the silver too btw 🙂 and it’s somewhat unusual to have such a sporty watch with a silver dial. 

It’s a tough choice! They result in two distinct personalities, which is not always the case with dial colour.

I do agree that the choice would result in 2 different personalities. When in doubt i tend to pick the more neutral colour - black in this case. It’s more timeless in my opinion. Blue just became popular in recent years. But really, one cant go wrong with any one of them.

Enjoy it ! It’s a versatile piece with few straps provided.

I like the 4500 in black and the 7900 in blue but you can't go wrong either way!
