Do you really think it is another " simple offer " for Ladies, as I did, at first glance?
You, and I, are wrong!
The Jade houses a new in house automatic movement, the Cal UN 310 with an escapement made of... Silicium ( wheels and swiss anchor ).
On this watch, the purpose is to not have to pull the crown, if you want to set the time or the date ' to avoid any damage to the ladies manicure " ( sic dixit the press file ! ).
The trick is here: You have, located at 4 o' clock, a pusher, which purpose is to check and change the function of the crown:
Position one: Winding the watch.
Position two: Setting the date backward and forward.
Position three: Setting the time.
You can do so without pulling the crown!
The case is in white gold or rose gold, with a diamter of 36 x 39 mm.
Mother of pearl is used for the dial.
Jades and diamonds " put the fire " on this new watch.
To end with that " Jade ", the strap is in satin. with a gold folding clasp.

horlogers at Ulysse Nardin! I guess the round green stones set with the diamonds on the bezel are emeralds. Very classy.

A great idea ...
...however, I have no illusions about how many watches set completely wrong will be the result of this innovation. If you are not used to the traditional crown setting sequence WIND - DATE - TIME, you might have difficulties remembering which setting serves which purpose. Additionally, if the pusher is left in the wrong position, any accidental twist on the crown will cause an unwanted change of a setting.
