Grateful for your clarification

A quick question re the GMT +/- perpetual. I know there's an issue remaking changes between 9pm and 3am. However, could you please clarify what exactly it isn't safe to do and what is safe to do ; eg if I'm travelling and I've reached a destination that's 3 ahours ahead, and my watch is showing 11pm. Can I use the pushers to set the watch to 2 am? Can I use the crown at the second setting to move the time forward by 3 hours?
I know this is Marcus' favourite watch, so I'm hoping to hear from him too!

As you know, the extraordinary thing with these UN PC GMT is that you can set forward and backward the Perpetual Calendar.
I too own one.
And never had a problem while setting the date or the hour during my trips...
But of course, this is to avoid on other PCs...
