Moonstruck
I was surprised in searching the forum--so little on the Moonstruck. And yet I understand. It is by far the heaviest piece I own. It has pretensions to being one of the largest at 46mm x 15mm. When I wear it, I am conscious at all times that it is on my wrist. A real contrast to a titanium cased marvel I also posses. I must disagree with one reviewer: I find the dial somewhat difficult to read. The contrast depends on the lighting, the hands can get momentarily lost in the reflection of the dial, sun and moon discs, and the gold longitude lines. That is okay. It forces you to stop for a moment and consider the information the watch presents. If I have a complaint, it is that setting it--properly, for moon phase & UTC--is a somewhat tedious multistep process. Does anyone else share this quibble? Still, this is another favourite, that I don't wear frequently enough.
I guess there is no simple way to do these settings.
BUT tis is certainly the delicious price to pay of owning such a beauty.
Yes, I find the case too thick too big and too heavy. But I love it.
Between this one, the Royal Blue tourbillon and the GP Constant Escapement, I must say that you killed me... In three shots.

I've been lucky, more fortunate than sensible. Ive reached the stage where sharing is bragging, but I'm doing it anyway.
The Moonstruck is certainly a massive watch. But
unlike many other watches that are huge/tuna cans for the sake of being loud, in your face or ostentatious the Moonstruck has to be this size because of what it has going on inside of it. It is large because it has to be. Although it is a big watch, no doubt, it does wear comfortably and it is fun to know that the watch is on my wrist. No it is not a daily wear but it is a fun wear.
Setting it? First keep it on the winder it comes with. As it is a weekend wear and it does not matter to me, and in fact adds to the fun of the watch, that I have had to spend time setting it. With time it does get somewhat faster to set it. Try setting the Trilogy! That's time consuming and confusing.

I may have a line on the set. We shall see. In doing my homework, looks like my complaints about setting the Moonstruck will indeed seem like sweet times.
Alternative wallet problem:
Actually had a second chance at a Ghengis Khan. Turned it down, of course. Talk about a wallet problem! I have a sickness, but I won't let it bankrupt me. ;-)
