Patek Philippe Wallet
Does anyone know which company Patek uses to make these goods. I am fortunate enough to have one but I can't see any other branding on it other than Patek and I don't imagine they make them in house. Its just I really like the colour and I'd quite like to get another one to actually use.

Am I the only person who doesn't like the Patek Philippe Wallet?
I just think that the Patek Philippe wallet isn't of fantastic quality and definitely not of the same level of quality as Patek Philippe watches are made. Don't get me wrong, Patek Philippe is one of my absolute favorite brands, but I was a bit surprised with the quality of the Patek Philippe wallet.
To my understanding, the Patek Philippe tie is made by Ermengildo Zegna, an excellent company that started as a textile company. This is of comparable quality as the Patek Philippe wristwatch. Wouldn't mind owning a Patek neck-tie someday.
Oh, those Patek Philippe ashtrays are quite nice too! Very similar to the Hermes ashtrays, but made from another company (I think it was the Limoges Porcelain factory). I don't smoke, but I still want one!

Do you have one of the Patek wallets? You could argue that Zegna ties are inferior compared to Kiton, Borrelli, Isaia. Very curious.

You are correct MW, it's all relative. I do hope to see some more Kiton ties, especially one of those 11-fold ones.
I do have one of the Patek wallets. More specifically I'm somewhat disappointed about the quality of the leather than the construction itself, moreso the elasticity of the leather is inconsistent among the various leather pieces. As I look at my Patek wallet, I now realized the color of the leather is inconsistent between the different panels. I'll have to show it to you sometime, maybe I just got a bad one. I'm not complaining though, especially since it was a complimentary gift from Patek.
