I would be very interested in how many forum members own a 5970, and in which metal. I will start: 5970J

Did you mean 5070P (with blue dial)?  I've never heard of a 5970P (with blue dial).
Also, while a 5970P (with black dial) has been announced, I haven't heard of anyone
yet receiving one.  I'm wondering if you meant 5070 rather than 5970 for all 5 of
these watches.

There was a unique piece (one in the world) auctioned off by Sotheby's in Hong Kong; it was a 5970P with a blue dial for charity.

The current 5970P that will see production will have a black dial, but these will not be limited.

My wish list would certainly include either the P or W/G 5970

And I must also add, I think very highly of the 5970 in all its variants, even the one I like the least, I still am very very fond of this watch.

Owning 5970R, 5970G, 5970J , (plus 5960P for a new  cult  and  on wait list to be "invited" to buy 5970P ::no doubt it will be a perpetual wait list  going beyond the life of the model ,with most ADs quoting first years supply already spoken for even in these recessionary times.
