Hi guys ! I've been offered a 5712 R by my AD, any views about the watch ? Any pros - cons ? I'm still undecided if I should go for it......

if u like the RG. Check the steel too, the strap is really comfortable and looks really nice. Cheaper also.

and when it finally came, I passed. Seeing it in the flesh didn't do it for me anymore.

What I'm trying to say is, if you really like it, go for it. If you're so so about it, forget it.

It's a nice watch, but it has to call out to you.

I used to get into the dilema between the RG and SS. I do believe that the RG are really really dressy and can also even match with jeans and T-shirt!! However, I love the old steel look so I pick the SS for my wrist.

Go to your AD, take a look and decide. If you love it, go for it. You will not go wrong with this 5712,

I have one. This is a great Patek, you will not regret.

My first (only!) Patek is a 5712 RG and I love it,sometimes when I check the time i have forgotten I am wearing it and it still surprises me how stunning it is,a little bit like a surprise reflection of yourself in a mirror,it takes a second before you realise it is yourself,the difference with the watch is it is a most acceptable surprise.

The watch is stunning,for what it is worth I have no regrets.

I have a 5712R and agree it is a great looking PP.; Get many coments that it has a different look, works well with jeans or casual dress. Just sold a 5960.
